Built to provide guests with comfortable and attractive accommodation that allows full advantage to be taken of the secluded location and terrific 360° views.
While ideal for 2 couples, it will accommodate for a family of 6 in complete comfort.
Top Paddock Cottages are on Vista Ridge Estate located just 5 km from the centre of
Harvey and 3.5Km off the South West Highway.

The cottage has a spacious lounge, TV/Video/DVD, CD player with CD’s, books, free internet access and excellent mobile phone coverage.

The dining room table seats six comfortably.

The full size kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, 5 plate gas burner, microwave, refrigerator, all utensils, pots, pans, microwave dishes, aluminium foil, glad wrap etc. Teas, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are also provided so that all you need to bring with you is your food. But if you forget something, Harvey supermarkets are open until late, seven days a week.

Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed, bedside tables with radio alarm clock and lamp, a robe, and a suitcase stand.The living area has bunks for the kids.

The bathroom has a bath tub , separate shower and spacious hand-basin area. A separate lavatory is located through a small laundry, which has a washing machine.

Outdoors there is a gas BBQ with an outdoor setting. All BBQ utensils are provided. There is also an outdoor setting under the trees and overlooking the town.

The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioners for cooling and woodfire for heating.
Because of the farm livestock (dry milkers and Damara sheep) we are unable to cater for pets. The inside of the cottages are smoke free zones.

While we attempt to be as flexible as possible, should a cancellation be made within 3 weeks of the booked date we reserve the right to retain the deposit. However, should we get an equivalent substitute booking, we then return the deposit in full.The 10% discount applies only to bookings made direct to Vista Ridge Estate.

Located on Vista Ridge Estate just 5 km from the centre of Harvey and 3.5Km off the
South West Highway. This cottage is an adult retreat only.
